Vacuum Process The surplus water is extracted out of the concrete by the vacuum pump. Vacuum Dewatering lowers the water ratio in the concrete by 15-25% which mereases the compressive strength the wear resistance of the concrete. Vacuum process takes only 5 minute per inch thickness of the concrete slab. The concrete is driven and compacted so tightly that a man can walk on the fresh concrete directly after it is vacuum treated.
